Washington, DC - After presenting a NOAA hurricane forecast map showing that Alabama fit inside the cone of Sharpie uncertainty for Hurricane Dorian, Trump also produced a new version of Barack Obama’s birth certificate that shows Hawaii is actually a part of Kenya.
The map appeared to be a cutout of the state of Hawaii, hastily glued over a paper map of the nation of Kenya, with circles around it.
