Hanoi, Vietnam - Although nuclear talks between Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un fizzled out, they were able to agree on one thing - that Louisiana sucks. The two leaders weren’t able to agree on lifting some sanctions for complete nuclear disarmament, but they did reach an understanding on the state that is considered to be the unwashed taint of the United States.
A deal brokered by Vladimir Putin calls for all of Moscow’s trash to be dumped in Louisiana’s bayous, since nobody there would notice, or care. If the treaty goes well, the rest of Louisiana will be turned into a giant Russian landfill.
